Sunday, February 6, 1956 Mrs. Jennie Walters Mrs. Jennie Taylor Walter, 97, native of Glasgow, Scotland, died Friday at 5 p.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Earl Winkler, 206 1/2 Etna Street. Mrs. Walters was born June 21, 1858 in Glasgow, Scotland, daughter of the late George and Kathryn England Taylor. She came to the United States with her parents at the age of 18 months. She was united in marriage to Joseph Walter, a cafe operator here. He preceded her in death in 1904. Surviving are two daughter, Mrs. Winkler with whom she resided and Mrs. Arlie (Maude) Brammer, Clearwater, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Victor Hicks and Mrs. Margaret Wilson both of Willard, Ky.; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Two daughters and two sons preceded her in death. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at the Frank Feuchter Funeral Home with the Rev Homer E. Felty officiating. Interment will be in the Woodland Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home where friends may call after 11 a.m. today.
